Skills and Experience Required
* Qualified Social Worker / Social Work England Registered
* Significant experience working in Early Help
* At least 3 years management experience
* Substantial experience of case management and staff supervision in social care working with vulnerable groups

Responsibilities
To work collaboratively with Children and Family Hubs and multi-disciplinary professionals to improve quality and deliver a coordinated approach to the planning and delivery of early help family interventions.
To support Children and Family Hub teams to implement Hackney's Early Help Family Support Framework and monitor outcomes for children and families.
To provide Children and Family Hub targeted family support teams with case management supervision including identifying safeguarding concerns.
To Chair fortnightly Multi-Agency Team (MAT) meetings and identify and manage risk. Requirements as a Social Worker include:

* SWE Registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Drive and have access to a car
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
