Business Development Executive
Location: Leeds (Hybrid)
A leading law firm is seeking a Business Development Executive to join its Leeds-based team. This is a supportive, non-sales role focused on enabling Attorneys and client teams to succeed, rather than direct client selling.
The Role
You will play a key part in supporting business development and client activity across the firm, working closely with fee earners and internal stakeholders. The role involves coordination, data, and insight-driven support to help drive growth and strengthen client relationships.
Key Details
* Salary up to £35,000
* Bonus up to 5% (company and personal performance dependent)
* Typically 2 days per week in the Leeds office (with flexibility required)
* Not a direct, client-facing sales role
About You
* Experience within the professional services sector, ideally law
* Comfortable supporting senior stakeholders and working in a structured, fast-paced environment
* Salesforce experience would be beneficial
* An interest or confidence in the BI / data / reporting side of BD is advantageous, though not essential
