Healthcare Specification Sales Manager
THE ROLE
: As a Healthcare Specification Sales Manager you will be based in the midlands or south east of England but will have the responsibility of the entire UK healthcare market. You will be in front of NHS Trusts & Hospitals working closely with their Estates Teams & Infection Control leaders selling a great range of boxed in, self contained, sink units which have anti-bacterial properties and fit in almost every room of a hospital building. Once you have gained the buy in from the hospitals and Trusts, you will then work with their go-to Architects specifying them into their plans.
This is a new project-based position where you will be tasked with winning specs and then working closely with a colleague who will then work with the installation side of the project to ensure closure. This team of Contractor Sales Managers, who have an excellent conversion rate, ensure you're supported at the back end.
The Healthcare Specification Manager will have access to Glenigans to produce leads and will be conducting CPD seminars both virtually & in person. This role is home-based, but there will be an expectation of travelling..

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
· Have a background in specification led sales within the construction industry
· Are comfortable covering the island of Ireland with regular air travel
· Ability to manage a pipeline of projects and long sales cycle
· A consultative, driven and professional salesperson with good attention to detail
· Understanding of commercial projects in construction sector, or washroom experience, desirable but not essential
Salary:
£55,000-65,000 basic salary (DOE), plus £4,200 Bonus (capped at £9,000). Car allowance + milage allowance, mobile, laptop, 25 days holiday, pension scheme
