Overview

Manage the full spectrum of the recruitment process, including job ad posting, CV screening, interviews, offer preparation, and employment contracts.

Manage the onboarding process (including visa application, etc.) for new employees and ensure all policies and procedures are followed, including adherence to the Employment Ordinance, company policies, and the Staff Handbook to Hong Kong and APAC Offices

Handle the monthly payroll calculations, MPF contribution, taxation, final payment, attendance & leave management

Maintain personnel databases and prepare HR documentation for the full employment lifecycle.

Handle any ad hoc duties as assigned.


B. Executive Support

Executive support to the Chief Executive Officer.

Corporate branding and marketing support.

Responsible for the company ISO auditing.

Handle for any ad hoc duties as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer.


Qualifications & Requirements

* Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
* At least 3-5 years of experience in a human resources or executive assistant role
* With relevant experience gained from sizable or multinational companies is preferable.
* Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment-related ordinances. Have knowledge of the PRC, Philippines, Vietnam Labour Ordinance are an advantage.
* Good command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, detail-minded, well-organized, able to work independently and under pressure & with multi-tasking ability.
