Company Secretary: Office-based


I am partnering with a leading real estate investment and asset management business to appoint a highly organised Company Secretary into their Corporate Services team.


This full-time, in-office role supports the Group Company Secretary and Head of HR, offering the opportunity to work across a sophisticated governance framework and gain exposure to a broad portfolio of UK entities. It is ideal for a detail-driven candidate seeking to deepen their company secretarial expertise within a dynamic real estate environment.


**Please note that this role requires office attendance five days per week**


Key Responsibilities


* Manage the full cycle of management, executive and subsidiary meetings
* Prepare agendas, collate papers, draft minutes and track approvals/actions
* Maintain statutory records and support corporate record management and audits
* Update and maintain the group’s corporate structure chart
* Assist with Topco board packs and compliance requirements
* Manage filings for a small portfolio of entities, including annual accounts and confirmation statements
* Advise internal stakeholders on approval thresholds and governance processes
* Provide ad hoc company secretarial support as required


Key Skills


The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ corporate experience, strong written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail. A degree law advantageous, plus strong Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat skills are essential. You will be proactive, organised, calm under pressure and keen to develop, ideally with interest in CGI studies or completed CGI studies.
