We're working with a successful and growing business in Redhill that is looking to add a Contracts Administrator to its established operations team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive company that offers training, long-term stability, and genuine career development.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a key member of the contracts team, you’ll help ensure the smooth delivery of services across multiple client sites by supporting managers, engineers, suppliers, and customers.
* Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Contracts Manager and engineering team.
* Coordinating engineer diaries, appointments, and reactive callouts.
* Managing client communications via phone and email.
* Raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers and subcontractors.
* Maintaining health and safety documentation.
* Assisting with invoicing, reports, and contract administration.
* Keeping records and internal systems up to date.
What’s in it for you?
* Salary of £28,000, rising to £29,500 following successful probation.
* 37.5-hour working week.
* Rotating shifts: 8:00am-4:30pm and 8:30am-5:00pm.
* 22 days holiday, increasing with length of service.
