This role is ideal for someone with a nurturing nature who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs, helping them to build confidence and achieve their academic goals. You will be working on a 1:1 and small group basis, primarily with children on the Autism Spectrum. The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience supporting children with Autism (ASD). A resilient and calm demeanour to manage challenging situations. The ability to use initiative and adapt support to individual needs. Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with students and staff.
