Nursery Manager | Up to £37,000 | Full-Time (40 hrs)
Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead a welcoming and nurturing early years setting with a wonderful outdoor learning space.

You'll be responsible for the daily running of the nursery, providing strong and empathetic leadership to a dedicated team, and building positive relationships with families and the wider community.
What We’re Looking For
* Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years (essential)
* Proven experience as a Nursery Manager with a strong track record
* Confident in leading inspections and meeting statutory requirements
* Sound knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding best practices
* Skilled in motivating teams and managing day-to-day operations
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A warm, approachable, and inclusive leadership style

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire the nursery team to deliver outstanding care and early education
* Ensure compliance with all safeguarding, health & safety, and Ofsted requirements
* Oversee curriculum planning and assessment to support each child’s development
* Foster a culture of kindness, respect, and continuous improvement
* Manage nursery budgets, staffing, and occupancy targets effectively
* Build trusted relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies
* Support staff development through regular training, appraisals, and mentoring
