You'll be at the heart of creating consistency and excellence in how we deliver business improvement and drive operational performance across Field Operations.
You'll be the one making sure our projects and programmes don't just get done, they get done brilliantly, with impact, and with pace.
Responsibilities
Managing the Field Operations PMO Governance Process and Framework; ensuring programmes and projects land successfully.
Creating clarity, structure, and rhythm so teams can deliver at their best.
Driving governance and reporting that helps decision-making (not just to tick-boxes).
What I'm looking for
A proven PMO professional; preferably with Portfolio delivery experience.
Sharp on detail, but also able to see the big picture.
Someone who loves turning chaos into clarity.
Exceptional communicator/storytelling/written and verbal; you can talk insights, strategy and still keep operational delivery teams motivated.
Growth mindset, desire and motivation to grow within the role.
