£30,000 per annum basic + Bonus

Tuesday - Saturday 9am - 6pm (1‑hour unpaid lunch)

Do you thrive in a dynamic work environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client is on the lookout for a dedicated Import Coordinator who can bring energy, efficiency, and expertise to our growing business.
What You'll Do:
As an Import Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our importing process, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
Accurately and efficiently submit customs entries, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements
* Review and maintain all import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, phytosanitary certificates, and POAO certificates, ensuring accuracy and HMRC compliance
* Liaise with hauliers, customs agents, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve delays, documentation issues, or compliance concerns
* Track shipments proactively and provide timely progress updates to customers and hauliers
* Act as a key point of contact for customer queries, delivering clear and timely status updates
* Manage both personal and shared mailboxes, prioritising, tracking, and responding to enquiries efficiently
* Maintain accurate internal trackers, updating them promptly to ensure all information remains currentWhat We're Looking For:
Proven experience in import coordination or logistics, with a strong understanding of supply chain processes.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
* Excellent attention to detail paired with strong organisational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficient workflow management.
* Proactive approach to problem‑solving, with the ability to anticipate challenges and implement effective solutions.How to Apply:
