We are looking for a Cluster Events Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team at the Starhotels London.

Your Role & What We Need From You
The Cluster Events Executive plays a crucial part in our success.
As Cluster Events Executive, you will provide dedicated support to the Cluster Events Sales Manager for planning, organising, and executing events and group bookings across three boutique 5-star hotels in London coordinating all event planning, ensuring seamless organisation of events, and fostering relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth. The role is key to maintaining the high standard of service that is synonymous with our luxury properties while ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction
Key Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in event management or group sales in a similar role within a luxury hotel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Event management software knowledge is a plus (e.g., Opera, or similar).
