* Managing customer accounts, ensuring payments are received on time
* Monitoring credit limits and assessing credit risk
* Investigating and resolving account queries efficiently
* Allocating payments and maintaining accurate financial records
* Working closely with the sales and finance teams to support smooth account management
* Providing excellent customer service by phone and email
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience in credit control, accounts administration, or a similar finance role
* Strong communication skills and a confident, professional manner
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
* Good IT skills, including experience with accounting or CRM systems
