We are seeking a Sales Consultant, this is an internal sales role and working in the office

Job Role
* This role is primarily Business to Consumer (B2C), with some responsibility for supporting Business to Business (B2B) relationships.
* Provide advice to customers and promote a broad range of professional learning products to both new and existing clients across multiple industries.
* Gather insights into customer needs and feedback, sharing these with senior managers to help enhance and refine the product portfolio.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, delivering a first-class service that consistently meets customer expectations.
* Manage inbound enquiries from a variety of channels and follow up outbound leads, converting these into course enrolments while identifying opportunities to maximise sales.
* Identify and qualify potential leads, referring them to the Business Development Managers for further follow-up.
* Carry out a variety of administrative duties with accuracy and accountability, ensuring tasks meet the required standards set by the team manager.
Essential Requirements
* Must have experience in sales to members or the public or businesses
* Desirable if worked in the education sector

* Quarterly commission £34K per annum OTE, can earn more if exceed target
