Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Professional Duties
o To carry out those duties relating to the teaching of learners as specified in the School Teachers' Pay and Conditions Document (as amended).
• To learn
o Planning and preparing entertaining, exciting and challenging lessons for learners of different age range and abilities
o Educate, according to their educational needs, the learners assigned to the post holder, including setting and assessing work to be completed by the learners at school and elsewhere
o Assessing, recording and reporting on learners' development, progress and attainment
o Working with Secondary Campus staff as part of the school's transition
procedures
