Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen with our international client who requires an experienced bilingual HR Business Partner who is fluent in English and German.
The Role:
This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end HR journey of employees within the country, partnering with senior leaders. It involves planning, executing, and coordinating various HR, administrative, and strategic functions for the assigned country/ies.
What you will do:
Job Responsibilities:
* Provide HR support to business leaders to ensure successful and sustainable results.
* Manage local recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, conducting HR interviews, debriefing, offering positions, and providing feedback to candidates.
* Partner with the EMEA HR Ops & Talent Acquisition Manager on hiring strategies.
* Act as a strategic HR advisor to create positive relationships, build employee engagement, manage performance, and develop talent, in compliance with country and company standards.
* Ensure all employee documents are prepared, delivered, and stored properly.
* Collaborate with payroll providers for accurate and timely payroll processing.
* Work with Finance on sales target letters and commission payments.
* Manage employee labor relations, providing guidance from onboarding to performance management, coaching, and career development.
* Provide legal and compliance advice as needed.
* Ensure compliance with labor, social, H&S, data legislation, including administrative tasks like contracts and benefits administration.
* Develop and execute change management and organizational development initiatives.
* Conduct workforce planning, headcount, and compensation analysis, sharing findings with the global rewards team.
* Support the development of corporate culture and values.
* Assist the Global HR team as required.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
What you need to know:
Experience/Skills/Education
Required:
* 5-7 years of HR Business Partner experience; BA/BS or HR-related degree.
* Active engagement in business, with strong relationship-building skills.
* Experience in labor relations, organization, planning, and analysis.
* High EQ and effective communication skills.
* Ability to coach leaders.
* Data analysis skills to interpret the story behind numbers.
* Fluency in English and German.
* Experience in the beauty or aesthetics industry is a plus.
* Additional language skills are advantageous.
Remote working with occasional office visits as required.
