An established refurbishment and new build main contractor with a great reputation are looking for a Project Manager to deliver on high‑end schemes that range from £1 - £8 million.
They are a slick operator and have taken a lot of the legwork out of a project manager position, enabling you to do what you do best.
It is a great opportunity to join a growing main contractor with an incredible pipeline of secured projects going into 2027.
The Company
The company specialises in high‑end / prime residential refurbishments in London and Surrey, typically involving either a high‑end refurbishment, a new build, or a combination of the two.
The company has a strong pipeline of works, is growing, and offers ample room for advancement as it secures more work.
The Project Manager Role
The successful Project Manager will be based at the office in Cobham and will travel to sites as necessary.
The projects you will manage range from £1 - £8 million and are primarily high‑end refurbishments.
The role will be largely focused on managing these projects, coordinating information from professional services, PQS, Architects, sub‑contracts, and other third parties.
The Project Manager – Requirements
* High‑end residential refurbishment experience with budgets of £2 million or more
* Experience in complex refurbishments featuring high‑end finishes
* Solid organisational and communication skills
* Construction‑related degree education is beneficial
* Good people‑management experience
* Programming experience – MS Projects or ASTA
