Description Salary: Grade D depending on experience (£25,185 - £25,989 pro-rata) Hours of work: 30 hours per week, 8:55am – 3:25pm, Monday to Friday, term-time only Contract type: Permanent Kington St Michael CE Primary School is seeking to appoint a highly committed and experienced Teaching Assistant to work within a class setting. This role may involve supporting small groups of pupils as well as providing 1:1 support. The successful candidate will: Have significant experience working with pupils. Work closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to deliver targeted support through intervention programmes. Support the inclusive ethos of the school, ensuring every child has the opportunity to fulfil their potential. Support children’s self-esteem, inclusion, and behavioural development. Maintain high expectations of behaviour and support children to make positive choices. Enjoy working as part of a team and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
