Engaging actively in whole-school self-evaluation processes and contributing to the school improvement planning initiatives. Mentoring and developing staff within the key stage, offering guidance, support, and showcasing best practices in teaching to foster professional growth. Maintaining an informed understanding of current theory and practice in education to effectively lead and inspire the teaching team. Ensuring full compliance with the SEND Code of Practice, thereby championing the needs of all learners, especially those with special educational needs and disabilities.
