We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Trials Team Lead/Nurse in Charge to join our Research and Development Team at RCHT. This role is key to leading a dynamic team of research nurses and healthcare assistants in delivering and expanding a diverse portfolio of clinical trials with a specific commercial focus.
The successful candidate will be NMC/HCPC registered and will have a strong and proven background in leadership, with experience in managing and developing teams. You will possess exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities, as well as being adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Research skills are advantageous, but a passion for research and developing knowledge in this area are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team to ensure the successful delivery of clinical trials with a commercial focus.

4. Adapt to shifting priorities with resilience and a proactive mindset.
