Interim Senior Finance Analyst needed for a market-leading global media brand! This role supports the production of consolidated monthly and quarterly management reports, drives improvements in financial systems and reporting processes, and acts as a key liaison between finance, commercial, and technical teams.
Key responsibilities -
* Lead the preparation of insightful, board-level management reports, including analysis and commentary that supports strategic decision-making
* Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support business initiatives and strategic planning
* Consolidate and validate actuals and forecasts, providing clear narrative on performance trends, risks, and opportunities
* Act as a key point of contact for system-related queries and issue resolution, working closely with outsourced providers and internal teams
* Collaborate with Finance Technology and cross-functional teams to align on system enhancements and integration
* Build strong working relationships across finance, technology, and wider business teams to align on reporting and systems processes
* Deliver ad hoc projects, analysis, and support for wider business initiatives
Candidate requirements -
* Recognised accounting qualification (e., ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
* Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) focused on Finance & Accounting / Record to Report processes
* Proven ability to analyse complex financial data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including non-finance and non-technical audiences
* Practical knowledge of SAP ECC or S/4 and SAP BPC, including configuration, reporting, and user support
