We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while delivering exceptional service. You will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the bar area to the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks.
* Engage with customers to provide excellent hospitality and ensure their needs are met.
* Maintain an organised bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is clean.
* Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
* Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and bar operations.
* Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service.
Requirements
* Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
* Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
* Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and drink measurements.
* A passion for providing excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
* Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain hygiene standards at the bar.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour.
