We’re recruiting a Press Account Executive on behalf of our client based in Chipping Warden. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment supporting high-profile PR and media events within the automotive sector.
The Role:
* Manage vehicle bookings for high-profile PR customers.
* Coordinate and plan event logistics, including vehicle preparation and transport.
* Regularly attend events and ensure vehicles meet the highest presentation standards.
* Resolve day-to-day operational issues and work proactively to support client needs.
* Report on vehicle fleet usage and event activity.
* Support the Strategic Account Manager to identify improvements and enhance service delivery.
* Occasional travel to Coventry office and events across England.
Requirements:
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
* A flexible approach - willing to travel to different sites and events across England.
* A professional, customer-focused attitude.
* Full UK driving licence (essential).
* Previous experience in a client-facing or events coordination role is desirable.
