Role Description
Glosscalm is seeking a full-time Director of Operations to be based on-site in Newark-On-Trent. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations to optimize efficiency and service delivery, developing and implementing business strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring financial objectives are met. Additional responsibilities include managing and mentoring team members, analyzing operational workflows, and building strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The Director of Operations will also drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational functions and support and develop business growth.
Qualifications
* Experience in Operations Management, including streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency
* Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, monitor metrics, and make informed decisions
* Proven ability in Team Management, including leadership, mentoring, and building a collaborative team culture
* Proficiency in Budgeting and Financial Planning to oversee operational costs and meet company goals
* Exceptional Customer Service skills to foster relationships and ensure client satisfaction
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field
* Industry knowledge in construction, facilities management, or a relevant field is advantageous
