Heka - the employee benefits platform driven by smart personalisation
The employee benefits market is broken. Static benefits platforms can’t keep up with employee needs, and HR teams struggle to support their people. Heka is changing the landscape, with a platform that delivers hyper-personalised support to every employee.
Heka takes a company’s existing benefits and adds every benefit their employees could ever need, all in one place. With access to limitless health-focused benefits, Heka builds better teams, and our customers see the impact on their bottom line: higher performance, less sickness, lower employee churn, and better use of every benefit.
The future is personalised benefits, and nobody can deliver them quite like Heka.
