Role Description
This is a hands-on e-commerce and digital marketing role, working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Amazon Brand Manager to deliver site updates, campaigns and content as we continue our growth in the UK and US and expand into new territories.
Responsibilities
* Support the day-to-day management of ORDO’s e-commerce website (Shopify experience preferred but not essential).
* Upload and maintain and optimise product imagery, descriptions and collections across our own website, Amazon and third-party retail sites.
* Help plan and execute campaigns across email, SMS, web, amazon and paid social.
* Create and upload SEO-focused blog content to our website.
* Manage Amazon catalogue and backend listings in Seller Central (create, edit, merge, and troubleshoot listings)
* Work with our Amazon Brand Manager and Ops team to build and manage FBA shipment plans into Amazon.
* Support the Amazon Brand Manager on tasks such as SKU creation, ASIN clean-ups, category changes, detail page audits, Seller Central operations, and documentation processing.
* Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform campaigns and trading decisions.
* Work cross-functionally to optimise retailer product pages and brand shop pages.
* Collaborate with Customer Service and Operations to resolve issues and prevent repeat problems.
Your skills and experience
* Understanding of core digital marketing channels (social, email, paid ads, SEO, content) with e-commerce marketing experience (Shopify preferred, but not essential).
* Basic copywriting skills for blogs, posts, ads, emails, and/or landing pages.
* Familiarity with digital marketing metrics (CTR, engagement, conversions, reach)
* Confident juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Proactive mindset and can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute ideas in a fast-moving environment.
