What’s involved?
As Chef De Partie, you’ll work closely with a small team of chefs in a fast-paced open kitchen:
5. Prepare and cook fresh dishes to a high standard
6. Support the Sous Chef during busy services
7. Work confidently in a customer-facing kitchen environment
8. Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation
9. Contribute to a positive and professional team culture
What we’re looking for
10. Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or strong Demi Chef
11. Passion for fresh, seasonal food
12. Comfortable working in a small close-knit brigade
13. Strong communication and teamwork skills
14. Own transport is essential due to location
