Join to apply for the Customer Care Advisor role at Telecom Acquisitions Limited.
Location: Horsham, West Sussex.
Salary: Competitive. Overtime is available and paid at time and a half including weekends and bank holidays. £1,500 bonus paid after completion of a successful 6-month probation.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm. You will be required to work Saturdays on a rota basis, between 9:00am - 1:00pm.

TAL focuses on the tenancy rental market, offering a concierge-style service advising and setting up broadband and utilities through partnerships. TAL recently joined forces with TalkTalk to become their home move specialist team, with ongoing growth in the portfolio of brands and customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Dealing with advanced billing queries and complaints via outbound or email.
* Thinking fast to handle a variety of challenges and ensuring a positive customer experience.
* Promoting and upselling our products to customers while building relationships.
* Using your own initiative to adapt to each query to impress, help, and support the customer.
* Understanding different types of billing queries and assisting with related reporting for weekly/monthly bill runs.
* Occasionally assisting with inbound calls relating to the customer service team.

* Confident and professional on the phone.
* Friendly, energetic, and able to build relationships with customers and staff.
* Experienced in customer service or call centres.
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
* Confident in dealing with billing queries and using systems.
* Understanding of reporting around billing.
* Professional during challenging complaint calls.
