* Lead & support dealerships – strengthen partnerships, meet sales targets, and ensure excellent customer service.

* Track & optimise performance – monitor sales data, identify trends, and implement improvements.
* Collaborate with leadership – support the Sales Director and Head of Regional Sales in UK market initiatives.
