About you First and foremost, you’re passionate about customer service and have experience of showcasing your skills in a contact centre or retail / hospitality setting. You’ll have proven effective time management and organisational skills within a task-based environment. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, dealing with clients, colleagues, and suppliers via all contact methods. Experience in either claims or personal injury setting would be advantageous.
