Role Overview
Tarafo Bay is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to represent and sell its branded residences to a UK‑based client base. This is a commission‑only position, ideally suited to a motivated, well‑connected professional with a strong background in international hotel resort property sales and experience promoting international real‑estate.
You will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective buyers, nurturing client relationships, and closing high‑value transactions, while working closely with Tarafo Bay’s marketing and management teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively generate and convert qualified leads from the UK market.
* Promote Tarafo Bay’s branded residences to high‑net‑worth individuals (HNWIs), investors, and lifestyle buyers.
* Deliver tailored sales presentations and virtual tours to potential clients.
* Build and maintain relationships with wealth managers, property agents, and travel partners.
* Attend international property shows, investment expos, and hospitality events to represent Tarafo Bay.
* Collaborate with the resort’s marketing team to optimise lead‑generation campaigns.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and report on pipeline activity and conversions.
Experience & Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales within the luxury resort, branded residences, or international property sector.
* Strong understanding of overseas property sales processes, including compliance and client due diligence.
* Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a commission‑based environment.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client‑relationship skills.
* Self‑motivated, professional, and confident working independently.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
* Willingness to travel internationally as required.
