Program Manager, Learning Ex, Japan Consumer Innovation
Japan Consumer Innovation (JCI) Retail Capabilities Team is seeking an innovative and experienced Program Manager to own the holistic learning experience of Amazon employees. Key Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and scale innovative learning programs and content.
2. Design and execute comprehensive learning experience (LX) strategy, encompassing journey design, curriculum development, and content optimization.
3. Drive end-to-end program lifecycle over Analysis-Design-Develop-Implement-Evaluate (ADDIE) phases, including managing Learning Management System (LMS) and driving marketing activities to maximize program adoption.
4. Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with business units and SMEs to capture requirements and scale knowledge.
5. Own learning impact measurement framework to drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
A Day in the Life
1. Interface with vendors, employees, and stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements.
2. Execute benchmarking studies and analyze learning trends.
3. Develop a strategy document for leadership alignment via business review, PRFAQ, and Operational Planning (OP) reviews.
4. Develop course materials managing L&D related tools and manage LMS (e.g., training assignments, survey, reporting etc.).
5. Coordinate live training sessions as required.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
2. Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
3. Fluent in English and Japanese (both oral/written).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience in driving end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
2. Experience in using e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, etc.) and video editing tools (Camtasia, Adobe Premier, etc.).
