Locality Manager – Aberdeen & Aberdeenshire (Ellon-based)
Are you a qualified social care professional ready to take the next step in your leadership career? We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Locality Manager to lead services across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire.
This full-time role (37 hours per week plus on-call) is based in our Ellon office and offers a genuine opportunity to make a meaningful difference. You’ll provide day-to-day operational leadership, ensuring safe and high-quality service delivery, effective rota management, staff recruitment and development, and positive outcomes for people with additional support needs.
You’ll work closely with individuals we support, their families, and partner professionals to build strong relationships, review support plans, and drive continuous improvement in line with our Strategic and Services Improvement Plans.
About you:
You’ll be an experienced people manager with a passion for high-quality, person-centred care and the ability to lead and support teams effectively.
Essential requirements:
1. SVQ 3 or 4 and PDA in Leadership & Management
2. Full UK driving licence (travel to Aberdeen from Ellon base - pool car available)
3. Experience managing social care teams
4. Excellent communication, organisation, and flexibility
