Working closely with clients, mentoring junior staff, and driving performance across both sales and lettings. Key Responsibilities
* Conduct property viewings, negotiate sales and lettings, and manage deal progression
* Build lasting relationships with clients, buyers, and tenant
* Proactively prospect for new business and generate instructions
* Assist with property marketing and promotions
* Support and learn from the valuations process
* Help the team meet and exceed branch KPIs and performance goals
* Mentor and support junior team members as needed
Key Criteria
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in estate agency (sales and/or lettings)
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
* Confident, organised, and self-motivated
* Ambition to progress into valuations or team leadership
* Strong work ethic and a proactive, team-focused mindset
* Willingness to learn and develop through structured training
