Your new role
As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for site and office roles
* Handle employee relations including disciplinary, grievance, and welfare matters
* Support training and development initiatives including apprenticeships and graduate schemes
* Coordinate performance reviews and identify skills development opportunities
* Manage employee lifecycle events - promotions, transfers, and leavers
* Maintain accurate HR records and ensure GDPR compliance
* Advise managers and staff on HR policies and employment legislation
* Contribute to policy development and deliver HR training to line managers
* Monitor labour market trends to support workforce planning and retention
* Promote employee engagement and support company-wide initiatives
