An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Bath & North East Somerset Drug and Alcohol service as a Clinical Administrator. This partnership delivers substance use treatment and recovery services across Bath & North East Somerset.
As a Clinical Administrator, youll support the management and operations team by maintaining accurate records and helping us to continually improve our performance.
Responsibilities
* Manage, prioritise, upload and disseminate referrals.
* Raise and change prescriptions as instructed by prescribers.
* Generate prescription batch runs and log prescribing information on client records and the database.
* Post prescriptions and liaise with pharmacies.
* Complete clinic letters and arrange clinic bookings.
* Deal with incoming and outgoing post and emails through various email boxes.
* Order supplies, manage petty cash and take minutes.
* Support the clinical team with newsletters, travel, accommodation, invoices, stationery and other administrative duties.
Qualifications
* Confident communicator with the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
* Strong organisational and team‑working skills with keen attention to detail.
* Excellent administration skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office, Excel and spreadsheets.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality, gather management information and meet deadlines under pressure.
Compensation
Starting salary of £24,774 with annual pay progression up to £25,000.
