⭐ What You'll Be Doing
Preparing accurate quotations for customers across multiple sectors.
Providing product advice over the phone and recommending suitable solutions.
Sourcing products from approved suppliers and securing competitive pricing.
Managing enquiries from first contact through to order completion.
Updating records using Sage 200 and CRM systems.
Supporting the external sales team with pricing, product information, and customer updates.
Building strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
Ensuring compliance with internal processes and quality standards.

Experience in internal sales, customer service, or a coordination role.
Background in engineering or industrial supply is an advantage.
Confident communicator with the ability to advise customers clearly.
Experience using Sage 200 and CRM systems is beneficial.
