This is not a standard residential fee-earning role; instead, it offers exposure to sophisticated, commercially-focused residential work that is rarely available elsewhere.

The Role
* You will handle a unique and varied caseload that blends residential expertise with commercial insight, including:
* Acting for property investors and developers on acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio matters
* Handling high-value residential transactions for HNW clients
* Advising on site acquisitions, unit sales, and residential elements of development projects
* Liaising with commercial colleagues to support wider cross-departmental matters
* Managing files independently with the support of an experienced and collaborative team
* This role will suit someone who enjoys more complex, high-quality work and wants to move away from volume residential conveyancing.
About You
We are looking for an experienced residential property lawyer who can deliver high standards of client service and enjoys working on more technical, commercially aligned matters.
You will ideally have:
* Solid experience in residential conveyancing (any background considered if you have strong technical skills)
* Confidence handling freehold and leasehold transactions from instruction to completion
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
* A commercial mindset and enthusiasm for working with investor/developer clients
* Ambition to build a career in a specialist, high-value residential environment
