Pyramid8 looking for a friendly and organised Part-Time Receptionist / Administrator to join our small, family-friendly team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, keeping things running smoothly, and supporting a variety of departments with day-to-day administration.
Key responsibilities:
1. Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional, welcoming manner
2. Providing general administrative support to various departments
3. Managing emails, filing, and basic data entry
4. Greeting visitors and helping maintain a positive front-of-house experience
About you:
5. Confident and polite on the phone
6. Well organised with good attention to detail
7. Comfortable juggling a variety of admin tasks
8. A team player with a friendly, can-do attitude
What we offer:
9. £12.21 per hour
10. Part-time hours (Mondays & Fridays only)
