Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Executive supports business growth by promoting the organisation's health, safety, environmental, and quality consultancy services and assisting with the development and conversion of new and existing business opportunities.
Working closely alongside the Managing Director, the role focuses on lead generation, client engagement, marketing communications, and supporting the preparation of proposals and service agreements. The role operates in line with the organisation's Integrated Management System (IMS), supporting customer focus, quality of service, and continual improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
* Work alongside the Managing Director to identify and develop new business opportunities across health, safety, environmental, and quality consultancy services.
* Support the Managing Director in managing inbound enquiries and converting opportunities into proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
* Proactively engage with prospective clients via email, phone, networking, and digital platforms, in coordination with the Managing Director where required.
* Support client retention through ongoing engagement, relationship management, and follow-up communications.
* Maintain accurate sales, client, and opportunity records to support business planning and performance monitoring.
Marketing & Promotion
* Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the organisation's consultancy services.
* Support lead generation through digital marketing, email campaigns, events, and networking activities.
* Assist with the preparation of proposals, tender submissions, presentations, and marketing materials.
* Maintain and update the company website and marketing content.
Content & Communications
* Create clear, professional marketing content relating to health, safety, environmental, and quality services, legislation updates, and compliance support.
* Manage social media platforms and professional communications.
* Produce newsletters, case studies, and client communications.
* Ensure all marketing and sales content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with company values and professional standards.
Brand, Quality & IMS Alignment
* Maintain consistent branding across all sales and marketing materials.
* Ensure sales and marketing activities align with ISO 9001 principles, including customer focus and continual improvement.
* Support the collection and review of customer feedback to inform service and marketing improvements.
* Operate in accordance with company policies, procedures, and IMS requirements.
Coordination & Internal Support
* Liaise with consultants and management to understand services and translate them into clear, marketable messaging.
* Support internal campaigns for new services, training, certifications, or accreditations.
* Maintain marketing records, lead trackers, and performance metrics in line with document control requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £27,500.00-£35,000.00 per year
