Role: Product Specialist - Applications
Location: North UK Region (Scotland and Northern England) with ad hoc visits to Burgess Hill
Hours: Monday - Friday, Full-time
Pay: £200 - £230 per day (PAYE) OR £265.27 - £305.06 per day (UMB)
12 Month Contract (Inside IR35)

The Requirements:
* Background in biomedical science or applications support within diagnostics
* Strong technical skills across chemistry, immunoassay analysers, and pre-/post-analytical solutions
* Comfortable working independently with extensive travel, based in or willing to relocate to Scotland
* Analytical mindset with experience handling technical, scientific and numerical data
* Track record of delivering high levels of customer support and engagement
The Role:
* Provide installation support and onsite troubleshooting for laboratory diagnostics systems
* Deliver comprehensive training to laboratory staff on systems and workflows
* Perform software updates, product maintenance and system optimisations
* Consult with customers to support workflow design and laboratory configuration
* Represent the company in customer review meetings and support tenders/demonstrations
* Liaise with third-party companies as required to ensure seamless delivery of service
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of diagnostic systems and industry best practices
