Company Description
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our fast-growing Ennismore London head office team. You will provide support to our Management Accounting and Accounts Receivable teams during this period of growth, working on Ennismore Lifestyle Group Limited and its subsidiaries.
This role is to start by the end of January 2026.
Job Description
What you’ll do…
1. Support the month end close process for all UK Ennismore entities, including the group holding companies, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
2. Provide assurance to support the accuracy and completeness of our results in accordance with global directives (IFRS) and local reporting (FRS 102)
3. Deliver accurate and timely month end reporting (P&L + Balance Sheet) into OneStream, our consolidation tool
4. Provide support for various group and local audits, as well as the testing, implementation and documentation of controls
5. Support management of UK accounts receivables, including review of reconciliations and ensuring timely and accurate issuance of invoices
6. Regularly liaise with the Finance teams of Ennismore globally, including the US, France and Asia. Coordinate intercompany reconciliations, recharges and support the FP&A team with month end and ad hoc queries and requests.
7. Manage preparation and review of a robust balance sheet including monthly reconciliations, accurate calculation of accruals and other related activities
8. Document and deliver improvements on financial controls, processes and procedural policies in collaboration with the operational teams and external parties
Qualifications
What we’re looking for…
9. Qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, or CIMA (or equivalent)
10. Extensive experience of running the month end close for a medium sized group
11. Extensive experience of statutory audit and controls (testing, implementation, documentation)
12. Advanced Excel Skills
13. Experience with Sun Systems 6.4 and OneStream is a bonus but not a must have
14. Someone who can hit the ground running, with the ability to work independently to achieve our goals
15. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
16. Ability to multitask and jump in and help where needed
