* Run multiple full-fledged projects with multiple teams
* Demonstrate excellent time-management and multi-tasking capability
* Build & manage strategic design practice within the studio; introduce new tools, frameworks & best practices focusing on strategy, service design & design phases
* Run sales/strategy activities to create new and rebiz opportunities
* Independently lead projects & accounts; research, strategy, service design & UI/ UX design opportunities
* Drive thought leadership for clients & industry; public speaking, conduct trainings, design courses
* Drive cross-discipline development
* Excel at communication and engagement
* Groom leaders and own development of teams
* Establish rituals for sharing, learning, and collaborating
* Develop strong collaborative and commercial network with other studios
* Set direction for the studio in line with Designit’s strategy
