A bit about the job: As a Fraud Investigator, you'll help protect Aviva and our customers by identifying and preventing application fraud. You'll investigate cases, assess risk, and make clear decisions on fraudulent activity. You'll collaborate with colleagues across fraud, claims and underwriting to share insight and improve risk awareness. You'll manage your workload to meet deadlines while ensuring every case is handled fairly and consistently. In this role, you'll play a key part in reducing financial risk and supporting better outcomes for our customers.
