* Remote Working

My client is seeking several Pensions Administrators to support their DB Team.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve team goals by providing excellent customer service in accordance with procedures and SLAs.
* Support the business in embodying the client’s Values.
* Follow Quality Management Systems and comply with relevant regulations and policies.
* Take ownership of personal development through relevant training to enhance pensions and systems knowledge.
* Report risks, complaints, and breaches promptly to management or Compliance.
* Review and suggest improvements to systems, processes, and controls.
* Assist management in service delivery tasks.
* Maintain and strengthen stakeholder and client relationships.
* Share knowledge to aid team development.
Key Skills & Experiences
* Strong experience in Pensions Administration
* Extensive knowledge of Defined Benefits (DB) pensions
* Experience in payment processing and calculation checks
* Proficiency with Pensions systems, e.g., Hartlink
