Job Description
* Provide senior level leadership and oversight of all CAMO activities across multiple AOCs, ensuring alignment, consistency, and regulatory conformity.
* Serve as the organisation’s Nominated Person with relevant CAA’s, maintaining full responsibility for airworthiness compliance under associated regulatory body framework.
* Oversee maintenance planning, reliability programmes, technical records, and airworthiness review processes for multiple operational entities.
* Ensure robust governance and control of contracted maintenance providers across all AOCs.
* Lead and develop a high‑performing CAMO team (currently team of 3), fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
* Act as primary liaison with regulatory authorities, auditors, and internal leadership teams.
* Drive harmonisation of processes, documentation, and safety systems across all certificates to ensure operational excellence.
* Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to communicate maintenance updates effectively.
* Follow a strict purchasing process with necessary client approvals.
* Reduce aircraft downtime while maintaining safety at all times.
Qualifications
* Proven leadership experience within a maintenance and airworthiness environment, ideally with exposure to multi‑AOC operations.
* Deep understanding of Part‑CAMO, Part‑M, Part‑145, and associated regulatory requirements.
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex compliance environments and safety‑critical operations.
* Strong communication, organisational, and decision‑making skills.
* Eligible to hold Nominated Person responsibilities under the relevant authority.
