Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Greet patients in a warm and professional manner, and help with the check in process
* Answer phone calls, manage enquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate records, while ensuring confidentiality is upheld at all times
* Assist with clerical duties such as photocopying, and scanning documents
* Manage appointment scheduling
* Handle correspondence, including emails and postal mail, efficiently
Experience
* Previous office experience is essential. Experience using EMIS desirable.
* Fully computer literate
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks
* Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
* Demonstrated organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
