You’ll take overall responsibility for ensuring the business meets its regulatory, quality and health & safety obligations, while driving a strong culture of continuous improvement. Key responsibilities: Acting as the business lead and advisor for Health & Safety Implementing, maintaining and improving H&S and quality management systems Ensuring robust SOPs, risk assessments and statutory compliance are in place Leading accident, incident and near-miss investigations and driving corrective action Managing ISO standards and regulatory compliance across the Group Planning and leading internal audits and supporting external audits Leading and developing teams across compliance, laboratory, certification and H&S Working closely with Operations, Engineering, HR and Product teams to resolve issues and improve performance Using data and reporting to reduce non-conformances, complaints and risk What We’re Looking for: You’ll be confident, credible and comfortable operating in a regulated environment. Proven experience in a senior SHEQ, H&S or Compliance role Background in FMCG or another highly regulated industry such as food, pharma or chemicals Strong working knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory frameworks Leadership experience with the ability to influence and coach teams A practical, solutions-focused approach and strong attention to detail Excellent communication and organisational skills NEBOSH qualification Experience with TPD, CLP and HACCP What’s On Offer?
