A well-established dental practice near Northfleet, Kent is inviting applications for an Associate Dentist – *Conversion Focused OR Private Only*.
This opportunity is ideal for a confident clinician with a strong track record in either private only practice or ethical private conversion, with additional clinical skillsets.

About the Position:
* Conversion focused Dentist – basic NHS UDA allocation with primary focus on ethical conversion to private -OR-
* Private only – list building but big demand demonstrated at practice
* Part-Time role – 2 days per week (Monday &; Friday)
* Conversion role: 1,000 UDAS per working day per annum - £13 per UDA
* Either role: 45% private split with high earning potential
* Established practice with exceptional local reputation for high-clinical standards
* Must demonstrate strong private experience/conversion experience and additional skillsets
* Immediate start date available
