Remuneration: £45,000 + bonus circa £10,000 - £20,000

The role of the Specification Sales Manager - Automatic Doors will involve:
* Area Sales Manager position selling a high quality manufactured range of access controls and site security
* All of your time will be spent selling to FM companies, main contractors, sub-contractors and end users
* Project sizes will vary depending on what project for example could be anywhere between £5k - £500k
* Good blend of account management and new business
* Will inherit a well-established area currently turning over circa £2-3m
The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager - Automatic Doors with:
* Must have construction field sales experience selling direct to site via FM companies, main contractors, sub-contractors and end users
* Must be able to digest technical information
* Must be commercially astute
* Hunter, driven and a team player
