Roma Interiors & The Role
Roma Interiors is independent kitchen retailer that design, supply and fit bespoke kitchens for local homeowners and many of the Kent's leading home builders. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Kitchen Designer to join our retail sales team here in our Ashford showroom. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own design and sales portfolio and converting sales opportunities into successful projects.
The role requires the candidate to liaise with clients in our showroom and at the clients home in which they will be expected to build a lasting and trusted relationship. They will navigating the client though our knowledge based design and specification process and develop an exciting design to suit the clients needs and style requirements.
Throughout this process it would be expected that the candidate would show great accuracy, an in-depth product knowledge with exceptional customer service and maintain a relaxed and friendly approach throughout.
Once an opportunity is secured the candidate will hand the project over to one of our dedicated project managers who will undertake quality checks and ensure all details are correct.
It is important that the candidate has a desire to develop themselves as a high performing sales person as well as a creative designer. They will be required to have A full UK driving licence and must possess a vehicle that you can use for business use (travel expenses will be reimbursed accordingly).

Essential Skills:
Excellent customer service, presentation and communication skills
Experience in kitchen design & sales with the use of CAD software
Highly motivated
Confident with product knowledge and design principals
Creative and accurate approach to design
A organised and logical approach to workload management
Comfortable with targets and key performance indicators and I desire to sell
A Full UK Driving License
Hours:
Tuesday - Saturday 09:00am – 17:00pm

Pay: £25,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
